In another hotly contested weekend of League Two action, Bromley secured promotion to League One for the first time in the club’s history. Elsewhere, a draw for Cambridge United tightened the race for automatic promotion to just one point, while Chesterfield, Grimsby Town and Barnet continue battling for the final play-off spot, and the relegation fight remains incredibly close with just a single point separating the bottom four.

GK – Matthew Cox – Shrewsbury Town
In what was a poor game that saw Shrewsbury Town draw 0-0 away at Crawley Town, Cox proved to be the key man. He pulled off numerous saves to deny the Crawley strikers and secure a valuable point on the road.
RB – Jayden Joseph – Tranmere Rovers
In a disappointing 2-1 defeat to Bristol Rovers, the 20-year-old still delivered an impressive performance. He scored and showed exactly why he is so highly rated on Merseyside.
CB – Adenola Oluwo – Salford City
The 26-year-old once again demonstrated why he has been a regular for Salford City this season under Karl Robinson. Strong defensively and composed throughout, he also scored in their tight 2-1 win over Oldham Athletic.
CB – Marvin Ekpiteta – MK Dons
The 30-year-old is arguably enjoying the best season of his career with MK Dons. In their 3-1 away win at Crewe Alexandra, he contributed a goal and an assist, taking his tally to nine goal contributions this campaign.
LB – Mason Hancock – Walsall
The 23-year-old Scot was man of the match worthy as Walsall beat Barrow 3-1. He scored two well-taken goals and delivered an excellent all-round performance down the left-hand side.
CM – Kieran Green – Grimsby Town
The 28-year-old was outstanding as Grimsby Town defeated Gillingham 4-1. He capped off a brilliant display with a goal and two assists, marking his best attacking return of his career.
CM – Ryan Stirk – Chesterfield
In a cagey 1-1 draw away at Fleetwood Town, the 25-year-old produced a man-of-the-match display for Chesterfield. He showed excellent passing accuracy and work rate, helping his side secure a valuable point with ten men.
LM – Albert Adomah – Walsall
At 38, Adomah continues to impress for Walsall. In their win over Barrow, he not only scored but also worked tirelessly, showing great intensity both in attack and defence.
RM – Callum Stead – Barnet
Stead once again showcased his attacking quality in his first EFL season for Barnet. He provided an assist for Kabongo Tshimanga in their 2-1 away win at Notts County, taking his season tally to ten goal contributions.
ST – Andy Cook – Grimsby Town
The veteran striker scored his seventh goal since joining Grimsby Town in January. He played a key role as they comfortably beat Gillingham 4-1, continuing his strong form.
ST – Kabongo Tshimanga – Barnet
Tshimanga delivered an impressive brace as Barnet beat Notts County 2-1. His two well-taken finishes secured a crucial three points and helped confirm Bromley’s historic promotion.
